Career Pre-Interview Checklist for Optimal Home Health

2. Prepare Your Resume & Application

    • How do you stay organized and prioritize tasks when caring for multiple patients?
    • How do you ensure excellent communication with patients, family members, and your team?
  • Scenario-Based Questions: Be ready for questions that involve real-life scenarios (e.g., handling a patient with complex care needs or working as part of a multidisciplinary team).

5. Know Your Certifications & Licenses

  • Verify Credentials: Ensure that your certifications and licenses (e.g., RN, LPN, CNA, PT, OT, SLP) are up-to-date and relevant to the role you're applying for.
  • Prepare Documentation: Bring copies of your certifications and any proof of training or continuing education that’s required for the role.

6. Questions for the Interviewer
